Course Requirements: 

1) Pre-class assignment: Read all of each text.  Respond to these questions by June 15 via email to: jstandiford@fumcsd.org. 

1. What in each book did you find to be most helpful for your current appointment?  Least helpful?
2. Select five turnaround strategies from Crandall that you will try to implement in your congregation.
3. Why are each of these important and appropriate for your situation?
4. Sequence the five strategies from the first you will implement to the last.

2) Participate in class discussions and projects. 

3) One group case study, which will be developed during class session.
